Respected Sir/Madam I have purchased nokia lumia 930 mobile on 09/01/2015 . i asked them for lumia 930 4g lite cell phone. they provided me the lumia 930 . but the phone is not compatible to 4 g network. i asked them that it is not showing the 4 g network then they told me that it show later on. i am in 4 g coverage area but it is not capable of 4 g network. the nokia priority dealer has cheeted me . i confirmed from the nokia care they have told me that it is not capable of it. the detailsof the phone are as follows: brand : nokia modle number : 930 IMEI : [protected]-20 TIN NO: [protected] INVOICE NO: NOKIA/5034 REALMS(NOKIA PRIORITY PATNER) PURCHASED DATE: 09/01/2015 KINDLY SOLVE MY PROBLEM AS SOON AS POSSIBLE.
