Nokia India — Cheating in service | |||||
I have a finest handset of nokia that is lumia 730. unfortunately at about two months ago i broke the display nd the back panel was partially cracked. i was ready to spend 7500 bucks for the display and 1250 bucks for the cracked back panel and i did it from nokia authorised service centre of gariahat, kolkata, west bengal, they changed the display and the back panel. when i received the back panel my nfc was not working. they just replaced the nfc tag from my old cracked panel to the new one as the nfc panel of the new one was not working. two days after the volume up and down key was not working. they just gave an extra padding on the internal keys. then i have the question that why i should pay for such a defective peace??? anyway, i changed the display of my precious iconic nokia gadget. but after 1.5 months it stopped working and the lcd was damaged without any external issue. one morning i woke up and saw my display full black. they wanted to charge more 7000 bucks from me for this. i showed the phone to another nokia care and they saw me that it was not properly changed before and was attached with a black tape just. even i have the question that why would they give handmade bill??? not computerized. i request you to take steps against that frauds and do something for the worst service from your authorised service centre. i'm a big fan of nokia but this time you cheated me. if not, i'd like to get the help of consumer court and consumer forum. i have all the bills and photos to prove myself. thank you.
