Nokia India — Improper Call handling and not giving satisfactory replies | |||
Myself Ajay, purchased Nokia Lumia 530, a month back. Since then am unable to download any songs from Mix radio. I called the customer care number [protected]. This call was disconnect by a rude speaking gentleman. He was so rude that he didnt even listen to my words, disconnected the call by telling call after 15minutes. Next i called another number [protected]. The call was picked by another person who said, there is a problem, nobody can do anything. He directs me to third party websites which I can download from my android phone itself. Again this gentleman disconnects the phone rudely. These people dont even have basic maners to speak to their clients. These people need to be educated on what job there are doing. Their job is to help out the consumers of the products sold by them. Where is the customer support Microsoft??? Does hanging up the call on customer's face is Customer Support? Maybe you should define a new rule of hanging up call on customer is called Customer service... Not solving the problem of Mix Radio is called cheating of consumers of the product. To retain your already diminishing value of your phones market, please try to scale up in terms of what is promised and the customer support. That might save your ship from Sinking..
