Nokia India — In warranty product denied by both

I had purchased Nokia model 230 from retail store.now my phone screen is facing issues I went to service centre they refused by saying the seller will do.
Now seller denied and misbehaved saying throw ur mobile in dustbin.i had filed a consumer case which is as follows

Consumer court reference no :72320.
They said u will give some code or no to which I had to forward to consumer court.
