Nokia India — Inconvenience from Nokia Services | |
I am user of Lumia 720 (IMIE :[protected]) which I had purchased on 15th June 2014.
It had a minute damage at the top right which I didn't notice same but that's not an issue with me.
Since then I am using it perfectly and even no one asked me about the damage as it's not easily visible.
Here is the main problem : 7 days back, I got a problem like when I opened any app, it's closing automatically. I can't read messages, can't check E-mails, can't dial nos easily, I have to pressed touch lots of time and continuously. Now it's not waste as not working.
When I had visited Nokia Service center, I didn't find them helping.
Initially they said it's out of warranty when I asked two-three times then they agreed. And said yes its touch is not working need to replace it and cost will be around 7000k. while it is in warranty.
They are giving me excuse related damage (metioned above details) which I have got from the beginning and not even that's not an issue, Since that is not impacting mobile, executives were also agreed on this. problem is different. Today it is a big inconvenience for me but no one is supporting.
It's very much clear for me that Nokia is manipulating with me but still writing this as expecting help Nokia.
