Nokia India — Lumia 730 ds warrantied service

I had handed over my nokia lumia 730 ds to the nokia care smart solutions, tirunelveli on 01/08/2016 with complaints of blacked out display. The phone had warranty upto 12/08/2016. My phone imei no. Is [protected], product code 059w6t7. The job sheet no. Is 666. The customer service persion asked me to wait for two weeks to get it replaced. Till now i had not received my handset. When i enquired him about it everytime he asked me to wait for 2 days disconnected the call since last week. So i was very irritated and went to the customer care to enquire directly. He asked me to wait for another 3 days. I warned him that i will complaintbut he is adamant saying no one can do nothing i will give my phone only when i can without any respect. Please help me get my phone replaced as soon as possible and ask the customer care to treat customers with respect. Thank you.
