[Resolved] Nokia India — LUMIA 925 | |||
Hi, i had purchased the unit in april and the seems to be faulty. the display and the back cover are a misfit. took the unit to nokia service and they denied the service saying that the unit was preopened. NOKIA has denied service for this. i want a replacement unit for this. i spoke to flipkart support and they advised to file for a DOA. you may not be able to see the misfit clearly in the pictures but its there. also i will attach the nokia job sheet as well. now flipkart approved for DOA but NOKIA doesnt want to give a DOA form. i need a responce from flipkart ASAP.
