Nokia India — Mobile Condition After Service | |||
Dear, My self is Anil Agrawal, i went Nokia care for normal query as my key was not working fine. But its very shame to tell you when i came back to my home the screen of my cell was not working fine (This issue was not earlier) so next day i went again and tell them about this, firstly they did not agreed but after half an hour of my hard explanation they agreed and did some thing with my cell but still the issue was same, i requested them to rectify this issue as it was not earlier but they said you just use this 1-2 days more as we do not have any parallel cell to give you so that we can check at our end and will inform you accordingly and then they said come on[protected] we will give another cell, i went on 15-1-14 but they said they do not have any cell right now once they'll get it, will inform me accordingly. But now its 20-1-14 and i still did not get any call/information regarding that as per their advise i have also made 1 more year guarantee and spent 525 for this but still their is no solution. I hope i will get the solution soon on this, please find below the information of my cell.
