Nokia India — Mobile phone damage

Dear sir, This is genuine complaint about the nokia set which i have bought from croma chandigarh on aug 2014 and after one year my mobile phone stop working, i have also submitted phone to nokia care panchkula and now they are saying this phone is not repairable .now my mobile set is a box .totaly wastage of money. Nokia xl puchase- aug 2014 stop working in aug 2015 some time i feel during using this mobile that mobile is getting hot, now it is completely off and not getting on. my warranty also lost in this month. i am requesting to you kindly check my mobile phone and resolve the issue, i am also requesting you to consider phone in warranty. how can such a big comapany produce this type of defective prodcuts. kindly share me your investigation findings. i can share you bill details if require. 183401 Nokia XL Dual Sim Black N7 1 10, 490.00 Delivery Date & Time: 20/07/2014 12.00 AM, Serial No: [protected]
