I wish to complain about Network Problem on My Nokia Lumia 625 cont no: - [protected] that I purchased on 2182014. I am complaining because my call was always cut every 5 ya 10 minutes Call Was Drop. No Network showing on mobile when I switch off and on ater than Network was com I thing so this is your Network IC problem I am very dissatisfied with Nokia Lumia 625 and Microsoft Phone. When I first learned of this problem, I contacted Costumer Care at your company, and was told that nothing could be done about my problem. I believe that this response is unfair because of you company please check my service history. I would like a written statement explaining your company’s position and what you will do about my complaint. Very Bad Experience with Lumia worst Mobile Maker in Indian. I look forward to hearing from you as soon as possible to resolve this problem. If I do not hear from you within 3 days I will file complaints with the appropriate consumer agencies and consider my legal alternatives.
