Nokia India — nokia care center is not returning phone

Sir i am vinay rana from dehradun, uttrakhand .. Sir i have given my nokia lumia 520, imei no. [protected] to the mehta watch co. ( 156_433527) near clock tower cont. No. [protected], [protected]. On 25th march 2015 . they said that take phone after 10 days but yet after 16 days they were not given my phone they even not attaining my call ... My job sheet no. Is[protected]/150325/003 ... The promple in phone is it was completed dead . sir i was nokia customer from last 5 6 years since 2009 ... In my family there are 7 nokia phone . but your side serice is not good . please do / take any step for my problem so i can use my phone again . thank you
