Nokia India — nokia care worst service

I have purchased a nokia lumia 1520 two months ago . Mic of my phone automatically stopped working.when i went to nokia care they checked and said it is company's fault. And when i asked for the solution they said that they don't have that part it needs 15days to solve the problem. Iam not at all satisfied with the answer, why it takes 15days to bring such a common part. And when i purchased the mobile they made many false commitments that any issue of any phone will be solved in 24hrs. When we invest ₹ 45000 such a huge amount in mobile and a simple problem is not solved. Then what is the use to buy such a phone in nokia. Worst Service i have ever seen.
