Nokia India — Nokia dead handset

I purchased Nokia XL fromJUMBO ELECTRONICS, V3S MALL on dated 05th July, 14 after 5 months usedbattery problem rising in the handset. I have gave the mobile dated 09.12.14 tothe Service Solutions- Nokia Care, Zandhu Tower, R-30/31, IInd Floor, LaxmiNagar, they said to me that battery problem in it, &amp; they would give methat in evening same day, I agrred, butafter 2 or 3 hours they called me up &amp; said that is mobile became dead bymistake &amp; it will be return in 25 days after repairing, my new mobile is damage byService solutions- nokia care centre &amp; why I suffer for that, the phone isgiving problem in warranty period &amp; also giving service poor. So I don’twant suffer anymore &amp; so that I want full money back of Mobile purchasing.
