Nokia India — nokia handset 225 | |||||
I bought a new Nokia handset 225 (Dual SIM, White) in Rs.3499/- online through amazon.in on 11th Nov-2017 for my old mother who cannot operate smart phone. In first week of Feb-2018 it stopped working (Screen became blank) so I complained to Amazon.in on 25.02.2018. Amazon.in asked me to take the handset to any Nokia care as it is still in warranty. So took that handset to Nokia Care where they told me to get back to seller (Amazon.in) as these basis phones are having replacement warranty and Nokia care only repair smart phones nowadays. They also given us in written (mail) for the same. When I again approached Amazon.in they again want the same declaration from Nokia Service center though I forwarded the same mail from Nokia care to Amazon.in Now it is not matter of just Rs 3499/- but the harassment I am facing by Amazon.in. Kindly let me know what should be my future course of action as my mother is not having any phone and she is staying at Allahabad and I am at Gurgaon. Was this information helpful? | |||||
