[Resolved] Nokia India — Nokia lumia 520 | |||
My Lumia handset is within the warranty period however, ur executives are not willing to help me with my device's hardware failure. I have visited the service centre twice, but I am being charged Rs. 4000. I have never ever been to any outsider for repairs to my handset, Y ur people are making such claims I don't understand. I[censored] harass customers with genuine problem, u will lose customer loyalty. Any ways, Please resolve my query as soon as possible as my warranty period is about to expire I must say, I am getting very bad impression of Nokia service for the first time Thanks and regards Was this information helpful? | |||
