Nokia India — Nokia Lumia 925 dead phone

Myself Shashank Pawar from Pune, I purchased Nokia Lumia 925 on 17/09/2013. It costs Rs. 28167 at the time of purchase. A week ago on 07/12/2014 the phone hangs and wasn't responding even on off button so i shut down the phone using Volume Down button and Power key the Phone Switch off and never starts again. I gave my phone in Nokia Care Center at Pune ( Nal Stop Area ) for repairing. almost after 5 days i got a call from them to collect your phone and its not going to Repair or else we have to give the phone in Nokia Head Office which will cost almost Rs. 9200 ! Its surprising to hear the price of repairing. After a year and 2 months i am thinking i lost my Rs. 30000 for that phone. The person from Nokia Gallery refuses to give any sort of receipt for this. So i am hopeless now. So I dont know what to do now. I took so costly phone because of the brand name but i am seriously feeling my decision was wrong. Now nobody taking this thing as their mistake. Please suggest me something what should be my next action. As i am not going to take this issue so lightly. A phone for rs. 30000 which lasts within a year is not good business.
