I have submitted nokia 7 for service under warranty due to charging port issue . but nokia asking me collect replacement mobile thats worth less than original mobile . it was 150 days still i didn't get my mobile .
Due to parts unavailability for Nokia 7 Plus they decided to provide/replace Nokia 8.1 model, but 8.1 is not acceptable while comparing with 7+ .
as per price and specs nokia 7 plus is better than Nokia 8.1 .
i bought Nokia 7 plus for 24 thousand but Nokia 8.1 is 19 thousand, so its not acceptable and they saying its new mobile but there is no warranty with that how can i accept ?? if i am accepting today suppose with in a week new problem occur with that mobile, what can i do? if they providing new mobile there should be warranty for that .

as a customer think don't want waste money .
if Nokia is possible replacement please provide Nokia 8.1 with (Blue, 6GB RAM, 128GB Storage) and warranty . if new it should be boxed and wrapped . but they giving only mobile device .
