Nokia India — NOT WORKING GPS IN LUMIA 535

I have purchased Lumia 535 IMEI No. [protected] BAT No. [protected]M20210603;0670762 from M/s. Poojara Telecom Pvt. Ltd. vide Invoice No. SI/PPL/22869 dated 26.02.2015. I could not initiated my GPS at all. When I contact the dealer, he insisted me to reset the phone and he also tried through reseting the phone. However, GPS and Maps on my phone is still not working since beginning. Also the application like HERE+ not working.
