[Resolved] Nokia India — PATHETIC AFTER SALE SERVICE AND FACED HUMILIATION | |||
Dear team, I bought a Nokia Lumia 520 in the month of december 2013 which anyhow stopped working so finally I took it to a nokia authorised service centre near Gariahat, the address for the same is (INFOTEL SERVICES 1 ekdalia road, kolkata-700019). I submitted the phone on 7/04/2014 and the JOB SHEET NO. for the same is 140407/038) they finally handed over the phone to me after 8 long months on 11/11/14.I send a peon of my office to collect the phone being it was a busy day for me, they didn't even entertained him to show weather the phone is working or not and asked him to leave with the phone.They even charged me full amount 1250/- when the manager for this particular service center Mr Avijit Chatterjee said me he wont charge me anything being they have taken so much time to mend this.He even insulted and humiliated me in front of other customers.I am not going to leave this issue. I am going to file a police complain against the franchisee, your service station manager Mr Abhijit Chatterjee and I am even taking this issue to the Consumer Court.I am not going to leave it at any cost.I need a log sheet that what through my phone has gone all this 8 long months and why the same is not mended till now???
