[Resolved]  Nokia India — Phone is defective.

Dear Sir\Madam, I have this Nokia Lumia 525, have been calling nokia care centre at delhi since many days, they will too appreciate this fact. At first couldnt download photos or videos from watsapp, later couldnt slide the phone up to answer when i would receive calls, the volume button reduces automatically. I visited the nokia care centre at mumbai yesterday ie:-5th august 2014, wherein i was told liquid damage and the same will be a charged service. But i have been complaining about this before the rains, further all other applications are working, maybe a tactic to divert the customer against this inbuilt defect. Really upset with this phone. Bad precedent from a branded company like NOKIA. Further would not recommend any person to buy nokia products. Will have to discard this phone immediately. Loss of hard earned money and trust in NOKIA. Regards,
