Nokia India — Repeated hang of touch screen of Lumia 720

My lumia 720 is about 9 months old, during this period I have visited 3 times Nokia care Bhubaneswar for the same problem. Yesterday on 30.6.2014 my phone my software was updated but again today during incomming call the touch screen is not responding most of the time. The service engineer told me that the it has been upgraded to Amber black, but still the same problem is persisting. The IMEI no is [protected].
