I had ordered a new nokia 7.2 through the nokia website on 08.02.20 and was delivered to me on 11.02.20
This phone was logging out of apps or while using it and returning to the main menu frequently.
I had requested for replacement of the phone informing the complaint on 19.02.20. Had sent subsequent mails and videos to the queries raised
Today the company has refused to replace the mobile stating that the replacement should be within 10 days of delivery
As per the above details, for which email proofs are available, i had requested for replacement before 10 days
