Nokia India — Replacement of Nokia Lumia 720 Mobile

Sir, My son Mr. Piyush Kumar has bought a Nokia Lumia 720 Mobile in the month of April, 2013 online in Bengaluru. But, it is sorry to say that after 4 or 5 months latter this mobile became dead. He rushed to Service Center namely JFK Trust, #S-9, 2nd floor, Mantri Square Mall, Sampige Main Road, Malleshwaram, Bangalore.But they refused to repair it. The IMEI [protected] & Model number of phone: Nokia Lumia 720. The mobile is under warranty. I request to please replace it. Thanking you.
