My NOKIA LUMIA 520 Phone is in Guarantee and i Went Nokia care(Service Centre) for Updates of Window 8.1 and they Takes Charge 200 ₹ for this, This is wrong because according to My Phone Bill i can update and repair my phone in free of cost because my phone is in guarantee.
