Nokia India — Worst company... Worst behaviour... Too costly spare parts and horrible service center... Beware from nokia..

Dear Sir,
On 09 Jun 2015, i purchased a brand new Nokia X2 Dual SIM (IMEI/Serial No: [protected]/71) @ 4499 Rs from Flipkart. Suddenly on 19 Mar 2016, while operating my mobile phone i found its "Touch Menu" not working whereas back key and full touch screen is working well. Immediately i rush to Nokia/Microsoft service center (Mehta Watch C0), Dehradun for repairing on 21 Mar 2016, There customer care executive told me initially we will upload the software again if its not work then its means there is a problem with touch so will send it to bangalore for repairing and which will take around 15 days. I handed over my mobile to customer care executive, after 10 min she called and told me that we are not able to update it as its not connected to USB (USB 1 PINT Damage). She further told me that its a physical damage so its not cover under warranty and if she will send it to service center then company will return it back as pin was broken. When i asked her that there is no physical damage in it then how is it possible then she told me that you are right sir there is no dent and all but we are helpless as per company policy we can't take it and if you want it at yours own cost then only its happen and it will take around 8500 Rs. When i said no then she returned my mobile back to me but this time mobile is fully dead so i contacted her immediately then again she informed this matter to their engineer and after taking around 15 min again, she returned this mobile back to me in a factory reset mode means its after uploading a new software.
there are few question of mine to Nokia/Microsoft:
(1) Why Nokia hires so illiterate engineer who respond this way. Initially executive told me USB is damaged we are not able to connect with device. If this is the fact then how is it possible at later stage when i complaints regarding the phone is dead. How they upload it again?
(2) Now when i checked that USB after coming back to my home, its broken but look like the fresh one type. What i feel its the engineer fault, may be he connected USB not in a proper way as he is quite busy in his own mobile too as visible from outside.
(3) Nokia Demands me 8500 Rs for repairing a part only, i don't understand why Nokia spare part is so costly. Its better to buy 2 New mobile phone with fresh warranty instead of repairing it.
(4) Service center timing is 10 am to 7 pm but when i reached there around 1005 am, noone was there other than one sweeper Mr Ajay. when i asked him about the staff, he told me they will come at 1030 Hrs. They all reached at 1030 Hrs, when i asked them for suggestion/complaints register they simply ignored it moreover one of their team member Mr Manoj behave very rudely in front of Mr ajay and that lady whose signed is there in Job sheet. When i asked him that i will put yours complaint in Nokia then he said "do whatever you want to do". This is the status of service center engineer who don't do any work other than to come late and behave rudely with the customer. Thats also may be the reason that they all treat my mobile like this way.
(5) IMEI no of my mobile is [protected]/71 (Screenshot and bill attached) but just check it out the job sheet (attached) Customer care executive put that also wrong in it, now you can imagine how these guys working there as no one is there to check out whether they come in time or not, they work and behave properly with customer or not.
(6) Last but not the least, if nokia is not able to afford the servicing of their own mobile phone then why the hell they provides one years fake warranty to their customers. Its only 9 months and my phone behave like this way, there is no physical damage in it at all as i am the only user of it but still no facing this issue.
Please do needful and ASAP.
