Nokia India — worst sales and services and customer care | |||
I have purchased Nokia 7 plus on November 2018. Till now I have submitted 3 times for repairs each time it took 1 month to get repaired, charging issue and display issue. Now again I have charging issue and also frequently high temperature notification. Now I have given my phone to service center they said they will replace and sent to L2 location and asking update with service center anf support people they not providing any proper detail's and informing it take minimum 2 month's raise complaint emailed no action. It's been submitted to bangalore kormangala flex service center. I need mobile cause I'm travelling next week. Nokia team can you please get this sorted Was this information helpful? | |||

I purchased a nokia 6.1 plus on september 2018 from amazon i have waste my money . This is the worst phone i bought. First thing happened with this phone In the month of October 2018 backside of phone cracked without amy reason now the display is broken and the phone is not getting charged the phone jet also damaged.

Useless company. I am also having similar kind of problem. Not getting any support from service centre and company.
