I had submitted my mobile to the service centre on 01.08.15 as there were no outgoing audio, I received my set within few days but within another 7 - 10 days the same problem started and further my mobile set has been handed over to the service centre on 24.08.15. Now after repeated follow ups I have not yet get back my set even no status found. HELP!! It's been almost 2 months I am following up but no feedback, visiting no status, have you lost my set? When shall I expect my mobile set back?
