[Resolved] Nokia — phone under warranty not being repaired | |||
I Bought nokia lumia 1520 in april 2014 from nokia priority, within 3 months it started having hanging problems and buttons used to press on its own, nokia care in belgaum formatted my phone and gave it back, but the problem did not resolve. Again i contacted them, they told phone's auto touch pad need to be changed and for that part to come from company it will take a week. I gave my phone on 5th november, that part came by 10 december(more than 1 month). And still the problem is not resolved instead now nokia care is saying that auto touch pad reimbursement is a problem since my phone is under warranty period. Apart all that my phone is still not working with that new auto touch pad and now they are saying the vibrator of my phone is also not working!! My phone's service referral number is[protected]/141211/029 and jobsheet number is [protected]. I have just used my phone for a period of 3-4 months and i had so many problems. Plus they say i am a premium customer since i hav bought a 40000rs phone!! I wonder what is normal customer service. Had it been apple, they would had replaced my phone the very next day. I am fed up of calling nokia care every other day. Kindly look into the matter. In the end if i dont get any results i would be forced to move legally. Was this information helpful? | |||
