Nokia — Poor service | |||
Nokia is a very reputed brand. So when my handset had some issues, I decided to go to Nokia Care Center. But to my surprise it's a very poorly managed center. The staff there is so rude and arrogant. (esp. Jyoti and Pooja). These girls were hardly interested in serving customers and behaved as if they owned the shop. They were even rude to other customers who had come there. The behaviour of all the employees was hardly professional. After giving my handset on Thursday morning at 10.30 am they committed to give it back on Friday evening. Despite calling on Friday, they said we will let you know the status on Sat. I again called up on Sat, but that man on the phone was rude. I told them to not to repair my phone as they had already wasted a lot of time. I got it back without repairing on Monday morning. I will never ever buy a Nokia phone and will also discourage people coz of suvh poor and pathetic service. Regards, Deepika Was this information helpful? | |||
