This is karthikeyan boominathan from Tamil nadu. I bought my new nokia 6 before 3 years ago. recent time i had trouble in charging unit. so I planned to go for nokia care in my home town (karaikudi) for service on nov last week. i told them about my phone problem met. they told that they are collection point of nokia care so they need to send my phone to Chennai later they will give me suggestions what need to change etc.
after 4 days they reached me with phone that my charging unit was collapsed so they advised me to change the charging unit (2000rs + service charge 200rs) also I asked whether any other problem is there..? i.e display, battery unit. the customer executive from karaikudi told that No sir no other problem is there only charging unit is need to change.
then i made payment of 2200rs, i recevied my phone from collection point center karaikudi. two days later i found that dispaly is flickering contiously even i didnt insert sim. then i tried calling to their landline no response. so i went to center complaint about my problem i faced. the customer executive in collection point told 'okay sir, we will fix the issue what u will met'. 4 days later he called through phone that your problem was solved and asked me to collect my phone. i went to nokia care and i recevied my phone. but my problem is not solved so i asked the executive he told that i will speak to my higher officals later he will update what to do.
nearly 5 days gone i never got a call from executive of nokia care so phoned him. he told that there is no fault from their side. u need to change display unit i argued y u told that no other problem during changing charging unit.
i dont know what to do ? i was very ashamed and disappointment about nokia care service.kindly i need help from nokia care Was this information helpful? |
