I purchased Nokia mobile from Flipkart and received on 24 may and instantly i email them regarding automatically switch off problem, and they always say they are exclerate my issue to higher team but they are not doing pickup of my phone i felt harrassed by them i regularly call them on customer support but they didn't respond i felt helpless my mother is helpless as she cannot go anywhere alone.
