Nokia — the new phone is damaged since 1 month.and no response from the company | |||
i had taken new nokia asha210 phone on 13 february2014 from balaji mobile main road rANCHI..but it got damaged in 15 days. i had given to ranchi nokia centre on 5march.they loaded a software.but it again got damaged then and there.so they send it to the company.but its hAS BEEN 20 DAYS.and now they are not ready to refund the money.and they are not giving any gaurantee as to when the phone will be repaired.SERVICE CENTRE RANCHI nirmal enterprises pp compound ranchi is also not giving any response.
