I am Kishore Babu, bought a Nokia 108cm (43 inch) UHD (4K) LED Smart Android Tv with sound by Onkyo (43TAUHDN) and received it on 21st January 2021 from Flipkart. A week ago our TV had a display problem. I've complained to the Flipkart service provider. They sent a technician. The technician who tested physically said that the display problem was caused by the manufacture defect. He said the same thing to the Flipkart service. But the Flipkart service people saying that display problem caused because of the dust particles.
I phoned Flipkart Service again and explained the problem that came to the TV. They sent the technician again. The technician who came again told Flipkart that the problem was due to the manufacture defect. But the Flipkart service is not providing a proper solution even though the expert who has visited twice so far has informed.
The technician who tested physically is saying "Manufacture defect", but the Flipkart service who watched video/picture of the TV problem is simply saying "Due to dust particles it happen and it does not cover under warranty".
