Nokia — Unresolved issue with Nokia Laptop

I purchased the above-mentioned Nokia laptop from Flipkart with the expectation of receiving a quality product and satisfactory customer support. Unfortunately, this has not been the case.

The laptop is having hinge issue which i reported in July 2022 when the laptop was in warantee, now it;s been 4 months and no resolution has been provided by Nokia India.

As per Nokia the body of the laptop needs to be replaced and i am ready to go for paid service though there is no physical damage on the laptop still my issue is not resolved and the laptop is dead from last 4 months and of no use.
I have wasted a big amount on this laptop which is of no use now. please help.
