initially the owner of the building get declared some part of the building as dangerous by MCD and MCD demolished that part thereafter.
In that support he(the owner) got demolished the entire building which was his actual intention.
A Case against MCD is lying pending in tees hazari court regarding this matter.

I am from Shakurpur, North District, E - block - 657, In House No.E Block 656 & 608, , They Block the street and Build the Boarder line illegally in the Govt Street, there is no way to go in the street, i make complained lot of time with owner, he will aggressivly come fight with me, we facing lot problem, rain water are store in the waste gappage it will effective lot of mosquito spread in street
and in main street there is no way to move they will block the ways
