Northern Railway — parcel not received yet

I booked my parcel (4 bags & 1 activa 3g) with receipt no 456227, on 1st april 2018 from bareilly to usalapur, but after 6 days i have no information about my parcel, i cannot track it also, the little info m having, that it i'll come via lucknow. I try to contact them but not able to contact in bareilly. I m worried about the condition as i m not getting any updates from anywhere.
