Northern Railway — Smoking in emu trains

I am a daily passenger in 64004 - SNP-SBB 12CAR EMU.
People daily used to smoke inside the compartment. They usually ignite their BIDI while sitting on the floor of the train. They even try to fight those people who opposes smoking there. They argue people and says that i will smoke here, stop if you can. Due to this non-smokers have to inhale a lot of smoke and its affecting their health. They are not considering the poster with No Smoking entitled.
Please do the needful.
