Subject :- poor condition of deluxe toilet at old delhi platform no 13. This toilet block is with out sewerage line/system

Sir,

We the letter, i want to draw your kind attention that the deluxe toilet at old delhi platform no 13, yamuna river side is not having any sewerage line system, its all filth (Human excreta) is going on open drain though railway track. I am looking this condition for last more than two years.
This is like o[censored]sing toilet of standing train at platform, which is highly objectionable from health point.
The deluxe toilet use is on payment basis and its keepers seems to be are only interested in collecting money all the time and not interested in maintaining its upkeep, cleaning and hygiene condition.
