Not Applicable — paying guest - fraudulent

The verma couple, in viman nagar, mhada colony, pune has rented in a row house and runs pg (Legally or illegally, no clue)
I shifted here, on 10th dec 2018, they asked me to pay 3 months rent together ie rs 16500, with no agreement or rent receipts. The amount for rent apparently is taken more from me!
When enquired for their pan details for investment declaration, i wasnt given a proper answer. From day 1 ive been facing recurring issues. No keys provided, i had to strand out for long twice, out of pg in the cold, or made to keep going around since no one was home.. Or asked to inform each time one was reaching the pg. On confronting the verma couple of the same, they retorted sayinng its not much of a deal and things are good at the pg. I informed that few things around are inconvenient n affects my health (Physical and mental stress), n that i need to move out, she can deduct for the amount i stayed at, n refund me the rest. Again, no proper answers given n i was made to stay back.
Its been around a month, n the issues persists, no legal formalities followed, n not letting me move out with refund is affecting me bad, resulting in mental and physical stress. The couple is ignoring the concerns and situation altogether causing severe distress and being unapologetic as always. I want my entire money payment done, and some monetary equivalent for the mental stress/harassment caused to me by them, in this duration.
