Not Working — Bus fare reduction

government has reduced the rate. 1st they have reduced 1 rupee, for 2nd stage no changes. ex. previous fare for 1 stage is 6 rupee now reduced to 5 rupee but for 2nd stage previously it is 12 rupees remain same. funny thing is instead of buying a ticket for 2 stage with single ticket paying 12 rupees we can buy 2 tickets of 5 rupees once we reach complete the 1st stage. it will save 2 rupees for passenger. the person who is traveling for a single stage is getting benefit of 1 rupee but the person who is traveling for 8th stage won’t get any benefits. this doesn't make any sense. to travel 1 stage we are paying 5 rupees at the same to travel 2 stage we have to pay 12 rupees. other than this we can buy ticket for 1 stage for 5 rupees and after that stage complete we can buy one ticket for next stage. so we can save 2 rupees. 1st stage 5 rupees 2nd stage 12 rupees, but 1st stage 5 rupees + next stage 5 rupees = 10 rupees for 2 stage. we are paying more to tarvel 2 stages
