[Resolved] Nownaukri.com — Promise of a job with international rescue committee in singapore | |||||
Their boss recruitment head Mr Bhatia and Anil Kumar called me on my mobile [protected] and promised me a job in Singapore with International Rescue Committee paying USD 25, 000. They chased me on my mobile till I paid Rs 1, 80, 000. All the conversations can be traced on my mobile. They said that by Jan 20, they will get me the job otherwise I can complain with you. I have all the receipts for the payments made on line. Now when I check on their toll free number they say that resume broadcaster is pending approval from my side. I posted this complaint against Now Naukri.com on Jan 21 and on Jan 22, at 5.09PM there was call from mobile number [protected]. The caller introduced himself as an employee of your forum and said that he was responsible for shutting down of Now Naukri.com's NOIDA office. He also said that the bank accounts of the firm were sealed and that all the people who paid for services to this company will get back their money directly if we have accounts with SBI and through demand drafts drawn on SBI if we do not have accounts with SBI. He also said that I would be receiving an email from your forum.
He told me to pay service tax to the government before that. I told him that I do not have any money to pay now. I learned from FAQ on this site that forum does not call any one.
Would like to know the next steps.
