I Subhorup Bhattacharjee, made a payment regarding PAN update and reprint but application failed, no refund received, alomost 7 days going on . I have complant to your customer support and mail to your team . But I not get any valuable response. I made two applications, both are failed but money was deducted once a time . So I can't understand which one is notable.
I maintioned both of application id and complant token number
