I've received PRAN Card with allotted PRAN number mentioned on it via email from NPS but I can't generate I-PIN/T-PIN or even raise grievance via their online grievance website as on entering PRAN number their system says - PRAN not found in database or Invalid PRAN.

Please help...

Same PAN Number issued to two different people

My PAN number is BTPPA4801G. The same PAN number has been issued to some businessman in jaipur, Rajasthan. His name is Divyansh Agarwal (same as mine), DOB is also same. He has also taken a series of loans on this PAN and failed to repay which has affected my CIBIL score and I am not able to acquire a loan. Please let me know what is a reasonable solution for this. Ordered PRAN Physical Card - No updates

I have ordered a phycial PRAN card on 24/02/2022 by paying an amount of 45.25 INR. Still now there is no update on this also when i ring up the toll free number there is a distortion in voice. Also it is showing PRAN not found in Database. There is no proper responce and I want to know what happend to my money which I paid?

'your request cannot be processed, please try after some time using returing user option in login page'.

I have tried to fill the pan application through the nsdl website and after filling in all the required details it took me to the payment page and I have made my payment using UPI.
The payment got deducted and it took me to 'your request cannot be processed, please try after some time using returing user option in login page'. I am not able to proceed further.

Pan card shows delivered - not received

I have applied for my pan card on NSDL website, I have not received received my pan card but it shows delivered by the consignment number, I tried contacting customer care, but all they do is ask me to wait for 2 3 days everytime, I have applied for my pan card in October 2021, now we are in march 2022, and still neither I have my Physical copy of pan card nor any resolution regarding to the same....

Amount refund 202 rupees

I tried to apply pan online at last step amount deducted but it shows status failed your amount will be refunded but still wont refunded second time also it repeated so please refund my amount...

Error while attempting to open e-copy if pan card

I can't open my e-copy of pan card. It says that it could not process ny request and to try again after some time It's been 2 days since I'm trying to open the e-copy....

PAN e-kyc failed after successful e-payment

I applied for the pan card and paid the fees through net banking but the e-KYC failed for some unknown reason and due to which it displayed the following message :
Your e-KYC based request has failed hence you cannot proceed the application with e-KYC mode. Kindly generate new token and proceed with physical mode. Kindly note that you will get refund of the PAN application in next seven working days.

I'am complaining about not getting otp while signing for pand card update form

Have done all step and pay money but didn't receive OTP

E nps

I created an eNPS account in Friday Evening and contributed 10000 Rs also.
E-sign process is also completed. now I want to invest more but unable to do it because the error in Login page shows 'PRAN is not found in database'
Please resolve this issue.

PRAN not in found database related

Good Morning Sir/Madam,
I have created the NPS account of tier - 1 type. And PRAN is also generated. But while setting ipin or while login, i am getting error as PRAN not found in database.

Could you please help me with this. As I am not able to access, invest, or even check the contribution made for this PRAN....
