I filled PAN for my neighbours but after submitting the application and paying the fees, the application got rejected and they said fees would be refunded to your account within 7 working days. It has been near about a month, still not a word from them. Writing them tons of emails, raising complaint on their website, calling their customer executives, and all the things with 0 response, 0 responsibility.
