[Resolved]  Nsdl E-Governance Infrastructure — No refund for pan card

I use NSDL website to apply for a new pan card. The temporary token is [protected]. I use the e-KYC option for Aadhar verification. I have paid an amount of Rs.106.90 using my debit card and Paytm 3 times. That is a total of 320.7rs. My balance was deducted from the bank but it showed failed each time and said it will be refunded. This was on 24th June 2021. I have not received any refund till now. I am also confused if I make the payment again and it will fail again and ill lose my money. I need to apply for pan card and need my failed amount of rs 320.7rs back. Please help.
