Nsdl E-Governance Infrastructure — Nsdl E-Governance Infrastructure pran no[protected] shows invalid

Dear sir,

I subscribed nation pension scheme, which waS activated on 22-Dec-2021.
Whenever I am trying to login or reset my password, I am getting error: "Invalid Pran number".

I raised multiple complaints, shared all the scheeshots but the issue is not yet resolved.
