I have applied for PAN for modification online via https://www.onlineservices.nsdl.com/paam/endUserRegisterContact.html website.
I have successfully uploaded all documents and also done the payment and Aadhaar seeding validation.
After that, it took me to OTP authentication screen and here I'm unable to receive OTP to my registered mobile number. I have verified my Aadhaar login and both my mobile number and e-mail ID is seeded with Aadhaar and getting OTP to my mobile number.
Can you please look into your side on why I'm not able to receive OTP even my mobile number is seeded with Aadhaar? Tried to resend OTP but also no luck.
I have updated my mobile number and e-mail ID to Aadhaar and also receiving Aadhaar OTP's for other applications.
It's only not working for ITIN application. I also tried to resend option but never getting OTP to my mobile/e-mail ID. Request you to please help on this request. Kindly verify your logs and let me know where is the exact issue?
Don't say again that please verify your mobile/email id on your Aadhaar. It's confirmed and receiving Aadhaar OTP's for other govt websites.
