[Resolved] Nsdl E-Governance Infrastructure — Pan card application processing error

Hi,
I tried applying for reprint of pan card through nsdl website. The payment was deducted from my account. However, after typing in the otp and submitting, I get this error message: "Your Request cannot be Processed.Please try after some time". I've tried multiple times but I always get the same error message. Also attaching a screenshot of the error page for your reference.
I need a solution for this ASAP. Either a refund or help with processing my application.
