On[protected] paperless pan fee (E-kyc mode) for rs.117.35 got deducted from my account and then it returned back to the payment page showing message that "your previous payment request has been cancelled. Your money will be refunded back. Kindly make another fresh payment" but the amount deducted has not been refunded till now. Please either refund the amount or generate the acknowledgement number. For every unsuccessful transaction, the PAN fees which is debited from your account, will be revered/credited within 7 working days.
