I had opened NPS account from PayTM money, i have also received physical PRAN card, but when i tried to login through cra-nsdl.com, it shows me an error message that my Pran is not found in database, not even able to reset/set the password.
I tried to raise grievance at https://npscra.nsdl.co.in/Log-your-grievance.php. which again needed PRAN number and POP-SP Reg. No., in this case the POP-SP Reg number[protected] is shown as invalid for PayTM Was this information helpful? |
